Crude oil prices back under $79

The U.S. Energy Information Administration said crude inventories increased by 3 million barrels in the week ending Feb. 19. At the same time, comparing four-week rolling averages, the EIA said distillate fuel demand had fallen 6.8 percent compared with the same period a year ago.
